Florence Itinerary 2-Days

Day 1

Lunch: All’antico Vinaio (bomb sandwiches, another place that’s worth the wait)

What we ordered and loved: La Dante and La Inferno

Activities:

• Ponte Vecchio Bridge

• Uffizi Gallery

• Basilica of Santa Croce

• Accademia Gallery

• Mercato Centrale

• Piazza Del Duomo

Dinner: Il Latini (steak, online res available)

Day 2

Highly recommend renting a car (Hertz Rental) and driving through the countryside of Tuscany and scheduling wine tastings. It was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. Perhaps, one of my favorite days on our honeymoon. If you’re wondering if you should order wine and have it delivered to your house, please let me advise you that the answer is yes. It was so nice to be able to have a taste of Italy and reminisce about our trip once we got home.

Wine Tasting I: Castello di Verazzano - Wine and Food Experience at 12pm

Make sure you schedule a wine tasting w/ lunch. The winery also has a farm, so everything is made in house, farm-to-table. They’ll pair the foods with their wines - everything was superb! One of our favorite meals in Italy.

Wine Tasting II: Castello di Albola - Premium Tour and Tasting at 3pm
